However, its effects are limited probably because BCAA is easily excreted from the body.<br \/>\nTo overcome the drawback, the team of researchers has successfully synthesized a prodrug; BCAA peptide and polyethylene glycol block copolymer that forms micelles (Nano<sup>BCAA<\/sup>: Fig1). Orally administered Nano<sup>BCAA<\/sup> is trapped in the villi of intestine, gradually degraded by intestinal enzymes and releases BCAA. Moreover, Nano<sup>BCAA<\/sup> demonstrates fat reduction effect as well in vivo.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><a confirmed in mouse model.<\/li>\n<li>Nano<sup>Leu <\/sup>free drink increased muscle strength over time, running capacity and muscle mass (Fig.2) after 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Similar results obtained by Nano<sup>Ile<\/sup>, Nano<sup>Val<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Nano<sup>BCAA<\/sup> demonstrated reduction in body (subcutaneous\/visceral) fat in mice (Fig.3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Patent
